Korean Beef and Rice

1 lb ground beef
1 T. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper
Brown beef in oil with garlic.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.  Serve over rice with diced green onions and sesame seeds.
